CVCA and Marsh co-organized the CVCA Lunch & Learning - China Inbound & Outbound M&A: Applying Transactional Risk Insurance in Beijing on August 30, 2012. CVCA released "China VC/PE Fund Managers' Confidence Survey Report 2012"

On August 8, 2012, CVCA released "China VC/PE Fund Managers' Confidence Survey Report 2012" in Beijing. The press conference attracted 20 journalists. Crystal Sui, the President of CVCA, made a welcoming remark to the attendees. Vincent Guo, Director of Public Policy & Government Affairs, addressed to the journalists the background and the key findings of the report. He also briefed the audience on the main reports CVCA released in the past ten years. Vincent's presentation was followed by a lively Q & A session.
