The investor relations management is the key to strengthening the communications with the investors and enhancing each others understandings and recognition so as to achieve the maximum overall interests of the company and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the investors. The experiences show that a successful investor relation should start when a company is preparing to become a public company instead of the finalization of IPO.
