Compared with the human resources management in other business sectors, there are unique characteristics in the Venture Capital and Private Equity industry. In addition to human resources directors, managers at different levels of VC/PE companies and executives of their portfolio companies are also responsible in one way or another for managing their most valuable people assets and facing the associated challenges. CVCA has invited Mr. C.K. Lee, Managing Director of C.K. Lee & Associates, to be the keynote speaker of this learning event. Mr. Lee has rich experience in Human Resources Management. His clients include many famous multinational corporations, public organizations and government departments. He will discuss the strategies of HRM, highlight the key issues and share the best practices. Group discussion and simulation exercises will also be included in this 3-hour workshop.
