CVCA Academy Advanced Management Topic Series: Workshop on ChiNext Listing

The first batch of twenty-eight companies debuted on October 30th, 2009 at ChiNext. After ten years of preparation, China has finally launched its GEM Board. A total of forty-six VC/PE companies supported twenty-three out of the twenty-eight listed companies. Has ChiNext become the main exit channel for VC/PE? What are the new challenges and obstacles lying in front of foreign VC/PE? What are ChiNext review principles? What are the key issues of the practical listing operations? What financial and legal preparations are required?


To answer the questions about ChiNext, CVCA will hold a Workshop on ChiNext Listing. We will invite leading VC/PE investor, investment banker, legal and financial professionals to elaborate the key factors of the regulatory landscape and practical operations of ChiNext. They will also share their successful listing stories as well as the lessons learn from failure cases and they will have an interactive communication with the students as well.
