Keeping Low-keyed is a little of an act for PE/VC industry. Touching on its branding construction seems to pierce the shelter of the veil. With the emergence of local and foreign PE/VCs on the market, the respective fund managers are well aware of the importance on branding management and differentiation,, despite promotional limitation.

At the upcoming Senior Executive Investment and Management Sharing Series, we are honored to have Mr. Jing HUANG, Managing Director of Bain Capital and Governor of CVCA as our keynote speaker. Mr. HUANG will present to the audience on the topic of "Banding in VC/PE", sharing his insight on how VC/PE firms build their distinguish band equity and reputation among the competitive industry environment. Mr. HUANG will also share his years of experience and investment principles with the attendees and he will also answer investment questions concerning current hot issues.

Mr. HUANG has been Managing Director of Bain Capital since October 2005. Bain Capital is one of the world's leading private, alternative asset management firms whose affiliates manage approximately $650 billion. Prior to working for Bain, Mr. HUANG was Managing Director China at SOFTBANK Asia Infrastructure Fund (SAIF). And Mr. Huang currently serves as Board Director at Shanda Interactive (NASDAQ: SNDA) 、Sino Media (HK 00 623) and Clear Media (HK: 00100).
