China Venture Capital and Private Equity Management Course 2010 Beijing

This comprehensive management course is designed to provide the participants with a review and sharing of the good practices at Private Equity and Venture Capital industry, including the management of fund formation and operation, fund raising Essentials, deal selection, financial forecasting and valuation, Due Diligence Essentials and Term Sheet, Legal Documents, Enterprise Integration and Value-added services, Follow-up investment and IPO, Other Exit Strategies etc.

This training course constituted of Two full-day modules. It ended on 1st July and all the modules ran very well. The students who fulfilled all the modules were awarded their CVCA Academy Certificates.
