Human Resources Management Strategy of VC/PE Industry - CVCA Academy Advanced Management Training which was tailored to VC/PE industry, was held successfully on April 12, 2010. CVCA invited Mr. C.K. Lee, Managing Director of C.K. Lee & Associates, as the keynote speaker of this learning event.

This training course was conducted in the form of class exercises and group discussions. In the combination with the characteristics of VC/PE industry and the portfolio companies, it analyzed the unique characteristics of human resources in the investment industry from the perspective of human resources strategy. It was a very lively and active training course with the open sharing of the lecturer and the students.
