CVCA Academy Advanced Management Series：ChiNext Listing Workshop in Shanghai

The launch of ChiNext marks an important milestone for the nation's independent innovation strategy in the capital market. Considering the interests and demands of our CVCA Members, the CVCA Academy held another round of its ChiNext Listing training course in Shanghai on March 26.

We were fortunate to have Mr. Zou Xiong, Deputy Director of the Listing Promotion Department (Shenzhen Stock Exchange), together with other legal and financial professionals, elaborate on the ChiNext listing requirements and relevant governing regulations. With analysis on key data and listing cases, attendees were rewarded with valuable theoretical and practical guidelines on the Portfolio Company's selection process.

CVCA Academy will continue to arrange these series of PE/VC industry or industry-related training courses. It is an excellent opportunity for the students to improve upon their industry knowledge and techniques, as well as sharing their professional experiences. It is also a useful platform for mingling and networking with industry elites. We are looking forward to receiving the applications from CVCA members and their portfolio companies.
