CVCA Academy Advanced Management Topic Series: Workshop on ChiNext Listing

After ten years of preparation, China has finally launched its GEM Board. To meet the learning needs of CVCA members and those who are interested in the ChiNext board, CVCA Academy invited the professionals who have the first-hand experiences on ChiNext IPO to elaborate the key factors of the regulatory landscape and practical operations of ChiNext. CVCA Academy Advanced Management Topic Series-Workshop on ChiNext Listing was successfully held in Beijing, January 20.

The lecturers shared a lot of cases on the selection of domestic listings, ChiNext listing auditing and its concerned issues, the financial preparation and taxation issues in the pre-listed period. The Q&A session went on very well.

CVCA Academy will constantly arrange a series of PE/VC industry or industry-related training courses.
