Managing Brand Reputation Online

In order to discuss the similarities and differences between domestic and international forms of social media, analyzing its importance in the market, and also to give advice to investors on ways to cope with the exponential growth of social media and deal with reputation management in the contemporary digital age, China Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (CVCA) held the"Managing Brand Reputation Online" training course on August 25. At this training event, Jon Wade, head of Weber Shandwick's Digital Operations in Asia Pacific, and Antony Cheng, Associate Director of Digital Communications at Weber Shandwick China brought participants up-to-date information and gave in-depth perspectives on "Managing Brand Reputation Online". Jon and Antony also shared their insights into the social media boom, as well as some specific examples of good and bad uses in China and in the international business world. The training event proved to be interactive and entertaining for all those in attendance.
