China Domestic LP Seminar & "CVCA Chinese Domestic LP Report 2010" Launch

"CVCA Chinese Domestic LP Report 2010" Launch and Workshop was successfully held in Beijing on September 2nd, 2010. The event attracted over 70 guests from the VC/PE community.

CVCA shared the key findings on the CVCA Chinese Domestic LP survey including first-hand data and results, and made suggestions concerning the set-up and fundraising of RMB Funds for foreign investors based on the survey.

Mr. Yichen ZHANG, CVCA Chairman and CEO of CITIC Capital, delivered the welcome speech. Ms. Jennifer QIN, Lead Partner of Deloitte, the event co-organizer and one of the report sponsors, delivered the Keynote Speech.

During the panel session, Roman SHAW, Managing Partner of DT Capital Partners, moderated the discussion. Jennifer QIN, Lead Partner of Deloitte, Geoffrey CHAN, counsel of O'Melveny's Beijing office, York CHEN, Founding Managing Partner of iD TechVentures, and Jing HUANG, Managing Director of Bain Capital had an in-depth discussion on the topic "Trends and future patterns; opportunities and challenges of the domestic LP". They shared their experiences and insights with professionals from law firm, accounting firm, GP and LP and answered the audience's questions.
