CVCA Business Roundtable Seminar: Employing M&A as Value Enhancing Strategy and Maximizing Exit Returns

With the gradual recovery of global financial environment and rapid growth of Chinese economy, China's enterprises speed up its expansion strategy. Pushing by the domestic industrial restructuring and favorable policy trends, the M&A market in China is quite lively.

In this situation, The CVCA Business Seminar, Employing M&A as Value Enhancing Strategy and Maximizing Exit Returns was successfully held on August 26, 2010. Mr. Bao, the Founder and CEO of China Renaissance and Mr Krzysztof Werkun, Partner of China Renaissance, delivered a wonderful speech on the topic " Employing M&A as Value Enhancing Strategy and Maximizing Exit Returns". Both Mr. Bao and Mr Krzysztof Werkun shared their experiences in M&A and also shared the ideas and posed a number of meaningful questions on this issue; their speech was engaging and well received.
