CVCA Senior Executive Investment and Management Sharing Series：Frank TANG, CEO of FountainVest Partners

The CVCA Senior Executive Investment and Management Sharing Roundtable IV, jointly organized by the China Venture Capital Association and the Shanghai Private Equity Association, was successfully held on January 8, 2010.  Frank Tang, CEO of FoundtainVest Partners, humorously delivered a wonderful speech on "the Challenges in PE Investment Decision Making".  Using his unique charm and long experience, Mr. Tang summed up the six challenges in PE investment decision making.  In addition, he made detailed references to case studies and shared thoughts on the common dilemmas and trade offs investors often face. His speech was engaging and well received.
