CVCA conducted the annual China Venture Capital and Private Equity Management Course in Beijing on August 27 and 28. Almost 50 CVCA members and professionals from non-member companies attended the four-module training.

Speakers shared their extensive practical experience with numerous first-hand cases on fund formation and operation, fundraising process, deal selection and due dilligence, financial forecasting and valuation, typical term sheet and analysis, legal documents, enterprise integration and value-added services, exit mathods, domestic market listing and overseas IPO, etc, with the attendees.
