CVCA conducted the annual China Venture Capital and Private Equity Management Course in Beijing on September 16 and 17. Around 60 CVCA members and professionals from non-member companies attended the four-module training.

CVCA invited Honorary Chairman of CVCA/ Former Chairman of AMAC Jie SUN, Managing Director of Infinity Robert HU, Managing Partner of Legend Capital Jianqing WANG, CEO of Yue Pai La Robin LUO, Partner of Fen Xun Partners Zhi BAO, Partner of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe Ning ZHANG, Partner of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP Kenneth ZHOU, Partners of Deloitte Gary WU, Frank LI, and Pauline ZHANG, together with Senior Manager of Deloitte Mia CHENG as speakers of the course. Speakers shared their extensive practical experience and profound insights from the perspectives of investors, entrepreneurs, and professional service providers respectively with numerous first-hand cases on fund formation and operation, fundraising process, deal selection and due diligence, financial forecasting and valuation, typical term sheet and analysis, legal documents, enterprise integration and value-added services, exit methods, domestic market listing and overseas IPO, etc, with the attendees.

Presentations and speeches are followed by the highly interactive Q & A session. Attendees provided lots of positive feedback on the training and speakers.
