CVCA conducted the China Venture Capital and Private Equity Management Course 2015 in Shanghai on May 27 and 28. Almost 40 CVCA members and professionals from non-member companies attended the four-module training.

Speakers shared their extensive practical experience with numerous first-hand cases on fund formation and operation, fundraising process, deal selection and due diligence, financial forecasting and valuation, typical term sheet and analysis, legal documents, enterprise integration and value-added services, exit methods, domestic market listing and overseas IPO, etc, with the attendees.

Presentations and speeches are followed by the highly interactive Q & A session. Attendees provided lots of positive feedback on the training and speakers.
