Cancellation Policy:
- Should you be unable to attend a substitute delegate from the same company/organization is always welcome at no extra charge.
- For cancellations made prior to August 30 (inclusive), registration fee will be refunded with a reduction of 10% service charge of the total registration fees.
- For cancellations made between August 30 and September 30 (inclusive), registration fee will be refunded with a reduction of 20% of the total registration fees.
