Cancellation Policy:
- Should you be unable to attend a substitute delegate from the same company/organization is always welcome at no extra charge.
- For cancellations made prior to September 10 (inclusive), registration fee will be refunded with a reduction of 10% service charge of the total registration fees.
- For cancellations made between September 10 and October 15 (inclusive), registration fee will be refunded with a reduction of 20% of the total registration fees.

THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS TO ANY CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED AFTER October 15, 2010.
