CVCA Establishment its First Board Executive Committee
Dear Members and Friends of CVCA,

During the board meeting held in November 2011，China Venture Capital and Private Equity Association ("CVCA") decided to establish the first Executive Committee under the Board of Governors based on the Charter of Associations. The Execution Committee is established with the approval of the Board of Governors of CVCA. The size of the Executive Committee shall have about eight to ten members. All the members of the Executive Committee should be selected from the existing members of the Board of Governors. The Executive Committee members will serve terms of one year and can be re-elected. Members of CVCA Board of Governors will act as Executive Committee members by rotation. The CVCA Executive Committee is mainly responsible for the daily operation of the Association and its members will oversee different functions, such as membership, marketing and public relations, research, public policies and government relations, financial management. The Executive Committee will hold regular meetings to discuss and arrange the daily operation of CVCA.

The members of the Executive Committee include（listed in no particular order）:

Mr. Yichen ZHANG, Chairman of CVCA / Chief Executive Officer of CITIC Capital Holdings Limited;
Mr. Fred Zuliu Hu, Chairman and Founder of Primavera Capital Group;
Ms. Stephanie Hui, Partner and Managing Director of the Merchant Banking Division of Goldman Sachs;
Mr. Duane KUANG, Founding and Managing Director of Qiming Venture Partners;
Mr. Weijian Shan, Group Chairman and CEO of PAG
Mr. Roman SHAW, Founding Partner of DT Capital Partners;
Mr. Chang SUN Managing Director of Warburg Pincus;
Mr. Frank TANG, CVCA Treasurer / CEO and Managing Partner of FountainVest Partners
Mr. Sing WANG, Co-Chairman of TPG Greater China, Head of TPG Growth North Asia and TPG Partner;

The board meeting also approved the resignation of Mr. Zeng Zhijian, the former Treasurer of CVCA and has appointed Mr. Frank TANG from FountainVest Partners as the new Treasurer. CVCA sincerely appreciates the devoted work of Mr. Zeng in the past few years. CVCA would also like to express our appreciation to Mr. Tang for accepting the appointment as Treasurer and for his great service and contribution to CVCA in the future.
