The Chinese venture capital industry has enjoyed significant growth in the last few years, and many young people are attracted to this industry to start their new careers. To facilitate networking and education for young (or young at heart) VC professionals, China Venture Capital Association launched a "young venture capitalist club" (YVCC) in mid-2007. The YVCC is for all venture capital related professionals working in the Greater China region, and it is a non-profit club which managed by its organizing committee.

The club has developed a membership of nearly 200 people since 2007, and organized various social recreational activities, such as wine tasting; test driving the new Lexus; museum tours; golfing and barbecues - to name a few. Additionally, YVCC has organized many professional training courses for its members with its exclusive sponsors such as Ernst & Young Corporate Finance Services Limited and Morrison & Foerster LLP. We encourage you to come join us to meet new friends, to have fun and to learn.

The Club will be self governed by young VC club members with an executive committee. CVCA will play an advisory role. CVCA will also provide logistical support for organizing club activities.
